The Wardens: - if they have a good salary, job security and good working conditions they are influenced by the fact that the standard of their work can change which also affects the quality of work. The Prisoners: - The Public/Local community: - Are wanting the security that no-one will escape and that the prison service will try their best to keep the country safe. The Managers: - if the owner has a good salary and a good amount of responsibility and be in charge of making all the important decisions. Then they can keep the organisation running and the prison service is less likely to run out of business also they have the help of the government which pays their salaries and helps the prisons keep running.
